Adjoining the Mews is a very comfortable, well-appointed semi-detached cottage, which sleeps four and is available for letting throughout the year.
ALL rooms in the cottage have fabulous sea views!!

Accommodation
The cottage has an entrance porch leading to a comfortable and tastefully furnished sitting/dining room with TV/Video/DVD. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, built-in electric cooker, dishwasher and the use of washing machine in the laundry. There is an understairs cupboard/cloakroom and a downstairs toilet.

Upstairs consists of a shower room with wash basin and toilet, two bedrooms; one with a double bed and wash hand basin and the other a double and a single bed.

General Information

• Letting periods are normally for one week (Saturday to Saturday) however, during the winter months shorter letting periods may be available.
• Linen and towels etc are provided. Please advise us if waterproof bed covers are required.
• There is a washing machine in the laundry and a rotary drying line in the garden. If needed a tumble dryer is available for a small charge.
• Electricity and oil are included.
• Dogs are not permitted.
• We are a non-smoking establishment.
